Hayden Lieberman is the co-owner of Leprechaun Painting and manages the business operations while also working alongside his uncle on job sites. With a background in construction and 8 years of hands-on painting experience, Hayden pairs strong work ethic with business leadership. After earning his B.S. in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Colorado State University, he saw an opportunity to turn a small family trade into a professionally run company. Hayden oversees estimating, communication, job scheduling, and customer relationships, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Known by customers for being reliable, hardworking, and easy to work with, he believes in honest work, consistent communication, and building long-term trust in the community. His goal is to grow Leprechaun Painting into a respected Colorado painting company built on quality, integrity, and family values.
Meet Shawn
Shawn Buckley has over 30 years of experience in painting and construction and serves as the lead craftsman and foreman at Leprechaun Painting. He brings deep technical knowledge to every job site and takes pride in doing things the right way—not the easy way. Known for his detailed prep work and hands-on approach, Shawn ensures that each project is completed with precision and durability in mind. Customers appreciate his honesty, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and to their satisfaction. As Hayden’s uncle and co-owner, Shawn provides the craftsmanship foundation of the business, combining skill, work ethic, and true pride in quality painting.
